We would like to say a huge thank you to all at Greenoak Concept and Design for installing our Superlite roof. We are so very pleased with it.
We were looking to have the roof of our conservatory replaced because of a constant leak every time it rained. I don't think we would have thought about it otherwise. But I have to say it is the best thing we ever did. It has turned our conservatory into a proper room. It is just so much warmer.
We did a lot of research on line and was very impressed with the Superlite roof. We looked for a company that fitted it and found Greenoak and I am
so glad we did.The service we received was first class.
Mike and Mark did the actual fitting. It was a huge job but nothing was too much trouble. I have never known such clean and tidy workers. Everything was cleared up before they left each day and the same for the man that fitted the plaster board, the plasterer and the electrician.
I am pleased to say that everything ran like clockwork. We were kept informed every step of the way and, if I needed to talk to someone, there was always someone in the office to speak to.
I would not hesitate to use Greenoak Concept and Design in the future and would recommend them to everyone.
