Good original consultation with Dale, general advice without being pushy. Survey efficient and quote broken down and understandable. Very good team from Greenoak, work done as per schedule, clean and tidy. Very considerate when one of us was unwell, kept the noise down. Problem with garage door investigated and rectified very quickly. Really pleased with final result, completely transformed external appearance of house. We wanted to replace all of our windows - we conducted our due diligence and of three companies Greenoak were not the cheapest but we had no hesitation in giving them them the work for their overall service - from the time we had Glenn quote, to visiting the showroom, communication from Dione and Stuart and Ed whose installation quality and attention to detail was superb and after service when we has snagging issues nothing was a problem for any of the team. We have had many of our neighbours compliment the windows. If anyone is looking for windows, doors this is the company to seriously consider.

Amazing work carried out by the guys at Greenoak on the applying of the silicone render to the front of our house. First I would like to say that there was no pushy salesman. A major plus in my view. From the initial conversation with Dale, to the rendering carried out by Dave, Callum and Ray, everything was proffessional and considerate. They made, what can often be a very stressful experience (with having strangers work on your home), very easy and reassuring. The end result looks amazing. I'd also just like to mention the scaffolding company that Dale uses. I've never known one that is so professional. They knew what work was being carried out, but still discussed the erecting of the scaffolding to ensure we were happy with their work. Before then all scaffolders I'd experienced simply turned up, threw up the scaffold and disappeared without confirming if there were an issues with what they'd done. This team was a breath of fresh air.

Top notch company, top notch service, top class fitters, all round pleasant experience. However, we did have an issue with the Rock Door as made by Gap plastics. Sadly I cannot sing the same praise on Gap! But Dale did his level best to sort it and eventually we got a replacement. Shame on you Gap!

A very competitive price for an excellent job. The patio doors were fitted efficiently and with minimal disruption. The fitters were polite and the doors were fitted within a few hours. Would certainly recommend Greenoak especially for their honesty when I overpaid!

Although only a relatively small job the service from Greenoak was excellent. All elements worked well from scaffolding to delivery of materials and installation. Waste materials were removed quickly following completion. Overall, very pleased with process and would recommend the company.

Greenoaks look after their customers in that they put concerns raised by the customer to the trades who carry out the work. This is reassuring because tradesmen can be intimidating so don’t have to worry about raising issues you want correcting.For instance the rendering primer is a messy process and some splashes and runs went on to unmasked areas. This was remedied after raising the matter with Greenoaks. We are returning customers and are pleased with the quality of the silicon rendering work they carried out. They replaced the rain water down pipe as it enhances the overall finish.

I am extremely pleased with my new conservatory roof installed by Greenoak. The company was very professional, from the initial consultation through to the installation and communication was great. The fitting team, plasterer and electrician were brilliant and I knew exactly who was coming and when they would be there. I now have a room I can use all year round. We have used GreenOak Concept and Design three times now - the first time to install a Supalite roof to our slightly odd shaped conservatory that had a persistent leak at a junction with a balcony. The room, barely usable for 6 months of the year has changed out of all recognition providing significant extra comfortable living space. The second time for Balcony doors and more recently for a set of replacement windows upstairs. On all three jobs, from the initial quotation appointment, through to the work and after to tidying and removing rubbish, the service has been exceptional which is why of course we’ve used them three times (so far!) Dale and his team have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have on-site.

We found Greenoaks to be an excellent company to use for our cladding to the front and rear of our home . Their price was very fair and I’d had several silly quotes . Stu and Caspa did the work . They were very knowledgeable , tidy , quick and always prompt first thing in the mornings . The job took 4 days . From the initial visit by their salesman, through to the two man team that installed the external cladding on my house, everything was very professional and friendly. The job was started and finished on time and nothing was too much trouble, even the very hot weather was worked through. The outside of my house is now totally refreshed and looking very smart.

Our new Rockdoor has made our house more secure, soundproof and warmer for the winter. Dale and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble. We needed 11 new windows of various sizes so we spent some time searching reviews for a highly rated but local Double Glazing window installer. Greenoak came out top of our search results, We reached out and Dale responded quickly followed by a visit a few days after. The resultant quote was very competitive versus other quotes we had received. It was an easy decision to go with Greenoak. Dale came across as very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely customer focussed. He invited us to the showroom in Leigh where he took us through the detail to ensure we were fully aligned on requirements and expectations. We were very impressed with him and his business and by his overall professionalism. The installation took place on 20th Feb 2023 and took 4 days in total. The whole process was exemplary, we could not fault the team in any way. They were tidy, considerate and very thorough. We have had windows fitted before by various other company's but the quality of fit and finish from the Greenoak fitters was far superior. The guys worked solidly and clearly did not skimp on anything, ensuring that the windows were not only properly fitted but sealed professionally too. They did an outstanding job including clearing all of the old windows and rubbish Overall we'd rate Greenoak at 10/10. We felt reassured by their high standards of work ethics, integrity and customer satisfaction. We honestly doubt there is anyone better out there for this type of work. We're absolutely thrilled with our new Supalite conservatory roof from Greenoak. The room is very noticeably warmer and now looks and feels like a proper part of the house. The team were professional, diligent and friendly from start to finish, and the quality of the work is second to none. Prior to commencing work, we weren't 100% sure if the Supalite roof was for us. Dale kindly arranged for us to go and visit a couple of nearby houses who's Supalite roofs had recently been completed by Greenoak. They all looked great and the occupants couldn't speak highly enough of their new roofs and the Greenoak team. We also had a quote to knock the conservatory down and build an extension in its place, which would have been 4x the cost of our new roof! For us, this work has reached the same outcome; a warm, solid room with a tiled roof, a Velux, spotlights, all plastered etc. I would highly recommend Greenoak/Supalite.

If asked for any negatives, we honestly can't find any. Mike and Mark have been brilliant. They have been here when they said they would and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. We really appreciate them putting in the extra mile to get our roof on in the planned day, when rain delayed their start. Their work ethic and professionalism has been excellent and we'd certainly recommend them.

Greenoaks installed a replacement patio door for us which required them to negotiate with another of our suppliers as the door was onto a balcony. We had the half-timbering replaced on our house. It's quite a long way round, with a tricky bit where the garage is joined to the house. The scaffolding went up on time in less than a day, with no fuss or mess. The Greenoak guys turned up on time and worked speedily but with close attention to detail - even coming on a Bank Holiday Monday. We are very pleased with the work: it may have cost a bit more than some other companies but the standard of workmanship is worth the extra. We would recommend this company to any of our friends/neighbours without hesitation.

We have used GreenOak Concept and Design twice now - the first time to install cladding to the front of our property and the 2nd time, to replace sliding patio doors, replace glass in a window and to also brick up a wall and install a new window unit. On both jobs, from the initial quotation appointment right through to when the fitters are finished we have experienced friendly, efficient and knowledgeable workmen. Having a very large installation like our job can seem very dauting to a customer, but the Team at Greenoak from Sales (Dale) and his office personnel through to the excellent Installation Team of Mike, Mark and Casper did everything in their power to make the job run smoothly and the standard of the workmanship has been exemplary throughout. An added bonus was that they were very nice easy going people to deal with. Another factor was the good standard of outsourced companies that they used, Plasterer, Electrician and even the site clearance team did a very good job. Overall, a good experience and I would not hesitate in recommending this Company.

We had our polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with a new Supalite roof in June 2021 & it’s been the best thing we’ve ever had done. The room is much cooler in the summer & much much warmer in the winter, in fact it’s made a difference to the whole house. Dale is a perfectionist & ensured the whole process was smooth. Mark & Mike were professional & the job was completed on time to a high standard. Mark worked in extreme heat but just got on with it & Dylan was a great help to him. We had a little ‘problem’ with the plastering of the ceiling but it was resolved quickly. We are very pleased & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greenoak 👍

Greenoak could not be more helpful. Superb job by a great team of guys. As with all custom building work on this scale and complexity there were snags and small issues, but all were sorted out ASAP. Looks fabulous, probrably added £150,000.00 to the price of the house!

We are very pleased with our new Garden room. From the excellent service we received from the design Dept to the very efficient installation team everything was first class, even though the weather was dreadful With rain and gale force winds, nothing fazed them and they completed the Job in a week. It looks really lovely and we can’t wait till the Summer to enjoy it. We would recommend them to anyone.
